Tangerine-Zinfandel Wine Reduction

This reduction is a combination of white California Zinfandel wine and late harvest wine vinegar which has been naturally evaporated. We add Florida sugarcane juice. All alcohol is removed. Our unique process creates an unsurpassed intense flavor experience that cannot be duplicated by products flavored with concentrates or artificial ingredients. Its natural tartness works especially well with fish and poultry and can easily be added to complement desserts.
